When it comes to sessions, Brighton Group Fitness believes in a balanced exercise programme that combines different training types to challenge the body and prevent plateaus. They offer six different session types, including boxing, strength and toning (resistance), cross-training, run intervals, group balance (yoga), and sub30 core & abs. Each session type is designed to provide variety and continuously challenge the body.
Brighton Group Fitness is situated in various training venues, including Paringa Park Primary School in North Brighton, Angus Neill Reserve in Seacliff, and Somerton Yacht Club in Somerton Park.
