Now that Natural World is under grave threat, and I've long held the contention that if there is no space on the outside it is all the more challenging to hold the space that we all crave on the inside. Yoga came to me late in life and I soon realised that I have been searching for it for a long time.

Brendan studied Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation with the Josh Summers school of Yin Yoga, and completed a 200hr teacher training in 2021. His classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, and he offers both group and private sessions to cater to individual needs.
