Whether you’re after a gentle session or a more dynamic flow, there’s something here for everyone. The classes are great for keeping muscles and joints healthy, toning your organs, and boosting circulation. Plus, they're perfect for releasing tension, leaving you calm and refreshed.
Rita, the wonderful instructor behind Breeze Yoga Bude, has a fascinating journey. Born in Taiwan, she moved to the UK in 2013. Rita's yoga journey started in 2001 with Hatha Yoga, and she quickly discovered how revitalising yoga could be. She’s since trained extensively in different styles and completed advanced teacher training in India. As a registered Yoga Alliance teacher, she’s passionate about sharing her love for yoga with everyone.
Breeze Yoga Bude offers classes like Ashtanga Vinyasa, Flow Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. Ashtanga Vinyasa is dynamic and flowing, perfect for those wanting an energetic workout, while Flow Yoga synchronises movement with breath. Gentle Yoga focuses on improving balance and flexibility, and Prenatal Yoga provides adaptable poses for expecting mothers.
Classes cost £10 each and are held at various venues around Bude. Monday mornings are at Hartland Parish Hall in Bideford, Monday evenings at St. Martin's Church Hall in Bude, and Tuesday and Thursday mornings at Morwenstow Community Centre in Bude. Saturday mornings are at Marhamchurch Village Hall in Bude.
