Kate invites young athletes aged 5-9 to Breathe In Breathe Out: Bath Kids Meditation, a dedicated centre in Bath, UK. Designed with sports players in mind, these weekly sessions focus on meditation and guided visualisation, equipping kids with tools for mental clarity and emotional balance.
Each Thursday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, kids can participate in activities like mediation, colour therapy, chakra balancing, affirmations, and more. These sessions help youngsters ground themselves, feel secure, and handle life's challenges, whether on the field or off.
