In this activity, participants will have the opportunity to learn immediate interventions for managing stress anytime and anywhere. They will also be introduced to a short calming daily routine that will make breathing well become second nature. Through two 1-hour sessions or one 2-hour workshop, attendees will discover the enjoyable and empowering experience of guided breathing, which provides long-term benefits for their health and wellbeing.
During the activity, participants will learn to become more aware of their breathing patterns and understand the impact they have on their mood. They will be guided on how to breathe correctly, which can help contain and reverse a stress response, ease anxiety and worry, and lift low mood and listlessness. This newfound ability to take control of their energy level and mood can be comforting and empowering, boosting their self-esteem.
In addition to learning how to control their breathing during the sessions, participants will also learn how to incorporate healthy breathing into their daily lives. By doing so, they can maximise both their physical and mental wellbeing. Through physical releasing exercises and specific techniques taught in the activity, attendees will be able to energise themselves physically while staying mentally calm, energise themselves mentally, move from a state of energization to relaxation, maintain relaxation in the face of mental disturbance, and move from relaxation to sleeping well.

In Week 2, you will return for another 1-hour session to reinforce the fundamentals and learn more specialised techniques with specific applications. The pricing for the course is £130 for two sessions, with each session payment due a week in advance. If you enrol with 2 to 3 people, you will receive a discounted rate of £90 per person for two sessions, also payable a week in advance. Additionally, shared lessons will have an extra 10 minutes added to address any queries or concerns.
