Breath and Movement Studio in Noordhoek, Cape Town helps women use functional breathing to support pelvic floor, hormones, training, nervous system and overall movement. It offers personalised 1:1 coaching as well as small group breath and movement sessions (4 to 6 women) that combine functional breathing, yoga and movement. Sessions are based on The Frey Method and are suitable for all stages of life, including postpartum and perimenopause.
