Open to women of all ages and abilities, Brave Fitness provides a variety of classes like HIIT, circuits, boxing, strength training, and metafit. These sessions are designed to challenge participants and help them reach their personal best.
Sarah and Nina, along with their dedicated team of instructors, are committed to supporting members rain or shine. Brave Fitness operates on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:00 am to 7:30 am and 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The centre remains closed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends. The fitness centre is conveniently located at Coseley Cricket Club on Church Road, Wallbrook in Bilston, making it easily accessible for women from all parts of town.
