Our signature class, Knockout, features 10 rounds of 3-minute workouts split between our water-filled Aqua training bags and the floor. On the bags, you'll be punching out boxing combinations projected on the screen, while on the floor, expect a mix of Strength Training, High-Intensity Interval Training, and metabolic conditioning. All of this is packed into just 45 minutes for a knockout workout experience.
For those looking to focus on strength-based exercises, our Knockout Strength class offers the same format as Knockout but with a focus on building strength on the floor. Alternatively, our Knockout Cardio class focuses on cardio and core exercises on the floor, providing a high-energy workout that will leave you feeling invigorated.
Looking to switch things up? Try our Wildcard class, which offers interval training with a twist. You'll alternate between boxing and strength training in an interval-based format, with surprises in store for each interval. For a boxing-focused workout, give our Overdrive class a try.
With 6 rounds of 5 minutes each, this class offers a mix of floor exercises and bag work, providing a challenging and dynamic workout experience.
