Within 24 hours and cannot make up the session, I will offer a full refund for that session.
2) Your commitment to me a. Attendance and punctuality. I expect you to attend your scheduled sessions on time. If you are going to be late or need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible.
b. Honesty and cooperation. It is important for you to be honest about your health and fitness level, any injuries or conditions that may affect your training. This will allow me to customise your sessions and ensure your safety.
c. Payment. Payment for sessions must be made in advance. If payment is not received, the session may be cancelled.
3) Responsibilities and risks a. Personal responsibility. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own health and well-being, and that any decision to engage in physical activity is made willingly and at your own risk. b.
Limitations. I am not a medical professional and cannot diagnose or treat any medical condition. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness programme. c.
Risk of injury. While I will take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, there is always a risk of injury in physical activity. By engaging in sessions with BoxKboxFitnessClub, you acknowledge and assume this risk.
4) Privacy and data protection a. Personal data. Any personal data you provide will be used only for the purpose of delivering the services of BoxKboxFitnessClub. Your data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
5) Termination of agreement a. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. b. If you terminate the agreement, any remaining sessions will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
If I terminate the agreement, I will refund any unused sessions in full.
By booking a session with BoxKboxFitnessClub, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
