As a newcomer, we want to ensure you feel welcomed and comfortable. That's why we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early before your class or training session to receive a tour of our top-notch facility and fitness studios.

Meanwhile, Darren boasts a successful amateur and professional boxing career, earning him the prestigious IBF World Champion title, along with Commonwealth, British, and European belts.
