For the younger ones, Box at West Ham Boxing Club has a special 'nursery' for children aged 7–10. This is a fantastic opportunity for kids to learn key boxing skills and decide later whether they want to pursue competitive boxing. The nursery sessions take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5.30pm to 6.30pm, and qualified coaches are there to provide children with all the essential boxing skills they need. From footwork to bag work, punches to combinations, even the youngest age group can learn and develop these skills, which can later become a pathway to competitive boxing with our junior competitive team. It's truly amazing to introduce your child to the fitness and discipline of boxing and watch them grow into a contender!
But the fun isn't just for the kids. Box at West Ham Boxing Club offers various sessions for different age groups. The Community Primary sessions, for ages 6-10, take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm to 5pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 11am. The Youth sessions, for ages 11-16, happen on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 6pm, and Saturdays from 11am to 12.30pm. The Seniors sessions take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm, and Saturdays from 12.30pm to 2pm. And for the ladies out there looking to get fit and confident, we have Women-only sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8pm to 9pm.

We understand that pricing is an important factor, which is why we offer different pricing options for our community sessions. For under 16s, it's only £5 per session or £40 for a bundle of 10 sessions. Seniors and Women-only sessions are priced at £7 per session or £60 for a bundle of 10 sessions. We want our sessions to be accessible to everyone, so come on down and get ready to sweat!
For those interested in competitive boxing, Box at West Ham Boxing Club has squads that train three evenings a week for two hours per session. The junior squad, for ages 10 and above, trains on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5.30pm. The youth squad trains on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5.30pm, and on Sunday mornings. The annual fee for carded competitive boxers is £200, and the season runs from September to May.
