Speaking of competitive boxing, West Ham Boxing Club boasts successful squads that train three days a week. They have separate divisions for juniors, youth, and seniors. These squads have produced many national and international champions, and training with them is an opportunity to take one's boxing skills to the next level.

Located at Jordan Hall, 2 London Rd, London E13 0DN, West Ham Boxing Club offers a variety of classes and training sessions throughout the week. The club's schedule includes sessions for different age groups, including community primary (6-10 years old), youth (11–16 years old), seniors (17+), and women-only sessions. Each session lasts for an hour, except for the women-only sessions which are 60 minutes long.

The club has structured its prices to cater to different groups. Community sessions for under 16s are priced at 5 per session or 10 sessions for 40. Seniors and women-only sessions are charged at 7 per session or 10 sessions for 60. For those who wish to join the competitive squads, the annual fee for carded competitive boxers is 200.

The competitive season runs from September to May.
