Try the light martial arts training for a fun alternative to the gym, or opt for intensive coaching if competition is your goal. Training sessions are conveniently held at the Sir David English Sports Centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays for all age groups (7 years and up), and at Littledown Sports Centre on Mondays for adults.
Sensei Ernie Molyneux, Sensei Nick Burr (6th Dan), and Sensei Damian Gosling (5th Dan) are dedicated to helping you progress. All newcomers are welcome to try a class with no contracts or obligations—just wear a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms.
BKA is proud of their student achievements, like instructor Rena Prasad, who won the Australian Nationals Title in 2014.
