What training do you offer for adults and juniors?

We run adult boxing and sparring, an adult fight to fitness session for all levels, and a ladies only Boxercise session. We also offer junior competitive boxing for ages 9 to 14.

When and where do sessions take place in Borehamwood?

Adult sessions are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 pm to 8.30 pm, and Tuesday 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm. Saturday morning runs 10.30 am to 11.30 am, with the ladies only Boxercise session on Monday? from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm. How much does it cost to join a session?
