In 2015, Helen founded Boogie Bounce Isle Of Wight and has since helped many individuals shape up, lose weight, and increase their fitness levels.
The programme has gained popularity on the island, with weekly classes in Newport, Ryde, and West Wight attracting up to 40 participants. Helen aims to create a supportive and inclusive community where individuals can transform their lives while having fun.
Hannah brings a wealth of performance and dance experience to the programme. She spent nearly a decade travelling the world as a lead vocalist and dance captain on cruise ships. Additionally, she has worked as a guest artist and performed in various theatrical productions. Currently, she works as a personal trainer and dance teacher on the Isle of Wight, where she teaches Boxercise and Aqua classes.
Hannah's passion for fitness and desire to explore new training techniques led her to become a certified Boogie Bounce instructor. She is thrilled to offer something different and exciting to her clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and stay active.
