Bolton Yoga School is led by Tony Gaskell and Amanda Hurst. Tony discovered the benefits of yoga while working in the public sector and decided to pursue his passion by sharing it with the community. He has 15 years of regular yoga practise and is fully qualified and insured with the British Wheel of Yoga. Amanda has been practising yoga in and around Bolton for over 20 years and completed her teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2012.
She is interested in the integration of mind, body, and breath through the 8 limbs of yoga and has extensive experience in mental health and other health problems. She is also a qualified pregnancy yoga teacher and has recently received qualifications in mindfulness from Bangor University.
