We understand the appeal of group workouts, where you can exercise with friends and be motivated together. That's why Bodytalk offers a variety of classes suitable for all tastes and fitness levels. From Step, Shape & Define to Bums & Tums to Cycling, our classes cater to different preferences and provide a fun, energetic atmosphere. Please note that while classes are free for members, booking in advance is advised due to high demand.
Additionally, at Bodytalk, we recognise the unique needs of our female members. Our Ladies Only Gym boasts a range of cardio, resistance machines, and free weights, providing everything you need to enhance your health, fitness, and body shape. Qualified instructors are available to devise personal programmes tailored to your goals, ensuring consistent progress. We also offer a regular weigh and measure service.
