Stewart Heath, the director of Bodysense, has more than 25 years of experience in the fitness and leisure industry. After discovering the benefits of Pilates in 1999, he trained and qualified as a Body Control Pilates Instructor, working alongside Lynne Robinson, a well-known figure in the UK Pilates scene. Stewart constantly updates his knowledge and teaching techniques by attending various courses and annual development weekends. This allows him to provide interesting and varied classes tailored to each client's individual goals and needs.
