1. Payment: Payment for classes or memberships needs to be made in advance. David, the organiser, ensures payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please give at least 24 hours notice. Without this notice, the full class fee will be charged.
3. Late Arrival: David kindly requests that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. Late arrivals may result in you missing out on the class and forfeiting the class fee.
4. Health and Safety: It's important to inform your instructor of any pre-existing health conditions or injuries before joining a class. Instructors are trained to adapt exercises to suit individual needs, prioritising your safety.
5. Personal Belongings: Body Reform Pilates isn’t responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please secure your belongings in the provided storage areas during your class.
6. Refunds and Transfers: Refunds and transfers aren’t available for classes or memberships unless under exceptional circumstances. Contact David directly for any concerns or issues you may have.
7. Consent: By participating in a class, you give Body Reform Pilates permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the session for advertising or promotional purposes.
8. Code of Conduct: David expects all clients to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow clients. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in your removal from the studio and cancellation of your membership.
