James from Dolphinz Swim School wants to share some exciting details about our swimming programmes. Located in Melville, Hamilton, Dolphinz has been making a splash since 1997 with its warm and welcoming environment for swimmers of all ages.
With AUSTSWIM-trained teachers, kids get top-notch instruction in our saltwater pool, kept comfortably at 28-30 degrees Celsius. You'll be glad to know the small class sizes ensure each child gets the personal attention they need to thrive in our swimming lessons.
Throughout the school term, they've got morning sessions for tamariki from 3 months to 5 years and afternoon classes for those aged 4 and above, available seven days a week. They even run weekend sessions for all age groups.
James makes sure every child gets a set of 10 lessons per term, each lasting 25 minutes, plus a nifty 5-minute playtime between lessons. To keep track of progress, kids receive either a progress tracker booklet or a certificate reflecting their achievements.
There's also the option for free swimming assessments to ensure your child is in the right class. And with their flexible lesson timetable, they adapt it each term to fit the needs of families.
Don't miss out on their holiday booster course during school holidays, which includes five daily lessons for children aged 4 and above - a great way to give your child's swimming a quick boost.
At Dolphinz, James has cultivated a private, family-oriented atmosphere, focusing on a gentle, relaxed, and friendly environment. With small class sizes and one lesson in the pool at a time, kids stay focused and engaged, making the whole experience enjoyable for everyone.
All swimming teachers at Dolphinz are qualified through AustSwim, the standard in New Zealand, ensuring expert and knowledgeable instruction for your children. The indoor heated saltwater pool minimises skin irritation and is perfect for those with sensitive skin.
