Our founder, Rachael Farrelly, is certified in strategic psychotherapy, clinical hypnosis, meditation, and specialises in yoga for anxiety, depression, and PTSD. She offers private consultations Monday through Friday, where she takes a holistic approach to your overall health and well-being. Rachael considers the whole person, including physical, emotional, and mind matters, in order to help you achieve your optimal health goals.

Our studio is located in Sylvania Waters, in a lovely, light, and airy space. The entrance is at the rear of the building, with parking available at the front. We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who visits our studio. Whether you're looking to build strength, find inner peace through mindfulness, or rehabilitate from an injury, we have the perfect class or workshop for you to start your wellness journey.
