As a Counsellor and Health and Wellbeing Coach, Michelle provides personalised support to help clients manage stress, overcome challenges, and gain mental clarity. She creates a safe space where clients can openly express themselves and explore their emotions.
As a Pilates Teacher, Michelle helps clients improve their physical strength, flexibility, and posture with tailored exercise routines. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, she'll develop a programme to suit your fitness level and goals.
In addition to Pilates, Michelle offers Reiki and Massage Therapy. Her Reiki sessions aim to promote balance and energy flow, while her massages relieve muscle tension and boost overall well-being.
Body & Mind Matter is conveniently located on Dowlands Rd in Bournemouth, accessible from Christchurch, Poole, and the surrounding area. Michelle also offers online sessions for those who prefer remote consultations.
