Our program takes a brand-new approach to creating a long-term health and exercise plan, tailored specifically to fit into your busy schedule.
We know that starting a new fitness journey can be intimidating, but we're here to support you every step of the way. Currently, we have 120 men and ladies of different fitness abilities participating in our fitness challenge, so you'll be joining a community that understands and encourages you. All our workouts and exercise programs can be modified to suit your fitness level and ability, so you'll never feel overwhelmed.
With 22 personal group training sessions available throughout the week, starting as early as 6am and going until 9pm, we've made sure to provide you with flexibility and accessibility. There are no limits on the number of sessions you can attend, so you can fit your workouts into your schedule without any constraints. This will greatly accelerate your progress and ensure you achieve maximum results.
During the program, you'll experience incredible transformations. Many of our clients have achieved significant weight loss, ranging from 10lb to an impressive 35lb. Not only that, but your body shape will also start to change and respond to our Metabolic Training sessions. Ladies can expect to drop one to two dress sizes, while gentlemen can expect to see a reduction in trouser and t-shirt sizes.
To ensure consistent progress, it's important to stay focused and committed. By attending your training sessions and following the program, you'll see unbelievable results. You may need to make small adjustments to your diet, but you don't have to completely overhaul your eating habits.
