


Welcome to Lifestyle Fitness Gym's 90-day, rapid results mind and body transformation challenge. This coaching program is perfect for busy individuals of all ages and fitness levels, whether you're a complete beginner or someone who hasn't exercised in a while. We understand that lack of confidence, self-motivation, and discipline can be barriers to achieving your fitness goals, but when you join our fitness family, we focus on the present and future, not the past.
Starting this new venture may feel daunting, and it's completely normal to feel scared or nervous. However, every journey begins with taking the first step. Currently, we have 120 men and women participating in our fitness challenge, each with different fitness abilities and goals. Regardless of your age, shape, size, or current fitness level, all workouts, and exercise programs can be tailored to fit your individual needs.
We offer 22 personal group training sessions throughout the week, starting as early as 6 am and running until 9 pm. We purposely haven't put a limit on the number of sessions you can attend because we want to make this 90-day program accessible and flexible for everyone. This approach will accelerate your progress and ensure you achieve maximum results.
What can you expect from our rapid results mind and body transformation coaching program? If weight loss is a goal, many of our clients have lost anywhere between 10 to 35 pounds while on the program. You'll be amazed at how quickly your body shape starts to change and respond to our Metabolic Training sessions. For the ladies, expect to go down one to two dress sizes, and gentlemen, you can anticipate dropping at least a trouser and t-shirt size, if not more.
Consistency is the key to sustained progress, and that applies to both your workouts and nutrition. While you may need to make some sustainable modifications to your current diet, there's no need to go on crazy, unsustainable diets or give up your favourite foods. Yes, you can still enjoy pizza, chocolate, cake, crisps, biscuits, and even have a takeaway. The reason people gain weight is often due to consuming large portions and making poor food choices, such as quick convenience and processed foods high in calories. We understand that your busy, hectic lifestyle plays a role in your food choices, but with our program, you'll learn to make healthier choices that fit into your schedule.
