With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Bob has worked with hundreds of clients, each with their own unique goals and limitations. After working for a large chain fitness group, Bob decided to go solo in order to offer a more personalised service. In 2017, he established his own private fitness space called BobTheCoach - personal training, which includes a Private 1-1 studio and group exercise classes.
Bob's passion for exercise and helping others achieve their fitness goals is evident in his coaching style. He believes in striving for balance rather than perfection and focuses on helping clients hold themselves accountable for their own training and nutrition. He will be there to support you throughout your fitness journey, acting as your trusted companion.
The BobTheCoach studio is designed to provide the best training experience for clients. Located in the heart of Merton, on the borders of Sutton, Cheam, and Morden, the studio offers a private and distraction-free environment. The studio is well-equipped with essential training equipment and amenities such as changing rooms and showers. Private parking is also available, making it convenient for clients to access.
Bob holds impressive qualifications including a Bsc(hons) in Strength and Conditioning Science, Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training, and Level 1 Award in Coaching Weightlifting. He has also had the opportunity to work with notable organisations such as Fulham Football Club, Kings College School London Rowing Club, and Surrey County Cricket Centre.
