Mentored by Linda Booth and the team of instructors at Springwood Aquatic Centre, Vanessa has dedicated herself to further study and practice in Pilates. In 2020, she completed a PILATES Mat Course with Polestar Pilates and gained valuable experience at Mountains Pilates before taking over the classes at Blue Moon Pilates. Although Vanessa is currently on maternity leave, she continues to manage the business side of the studio.
Another talented instructor at Blue Moon Pilates is Lauren Kenyon. As a mother of three and a business owner in the local community, Lauren understands the importance of movement for both physical and mental health. With over 12 years of Pilates practice under her belt, she firmly believes in the incredible benefits it offers. Lauren has an impressive educational background with an Advanced Diploma of Interior Design and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Recently, she graduated with a Certificate IV in Pilates instruction group mat-work and reformer from Breathe Education. Having completed her teacher training with Blue Moon Pilates, Lauren will be leading all of their classes in the first half of 2023. She is genuinely excited about this opportunity to share the joy of fearless movement with the community.
