Welcome to Block 9 Gym, a family-run establishment located in the heart of Blantyre Industrial Estate, near Hamilton. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, husband and wife team Nick and Jen have created a gym that emphasises the importance of fun and varied workouts.

At Block 9 Gym, members have access to an extensive range of fitness equipment. Our cardio machines are state-of-the-art, and our large resistance area is perfect for those looking to build strength. For those interested in free weights, we have a dedicated heavy free weight area. We also offer functional training and have a fitness studio available for classes and group workouts.

In addition to our top-notch facilities, Block 9 Gym also offers in-house Personal Training. Our qualified trainers are available to help you achieve your fitness goals and provide personalised workout plans tailored to your needs.

We recently extended our opening hours to accommodate our members' busy schedules. We now open from 5am to 11pm, 7 days a week, ensuring you have plenty of time to fit in your workouts. Furthermore, we also offer a FREE induction to all new members, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident when starting your fitness journey with us.

Membership at Block 9 Gym is available at an affordable rate of 32. 50 per month, based on a 12-month commitment. For those who prefer flexibility, we offer a rolling membership for 42. 50 per month with no long-term commitment required.

Please note that all members must be at least 16 years old, and individuals under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Located on Third Road in Blantyre Industrial Estate, our gym is easily accessible. We have ample parking and changing rooms available for your convenience. After your workout, feel free to relax and unwind in our chill-out area.
