With a wide array of yoga classes, workshops, and events, we provide an opportunity for both beginners and advanced yogis to experience the benefits of yoga.
Our classes include Hatha, Vinyasa-Flow, Kundalini, Restorative Yin, Hot/Non-Hot, Breathwork, Sound Therapy, Bliss-Out Experience, Soul Sundays, as well as counselling and psychotherapy, personal coaching, meditation, and nutrition. We understand the stresses and isolation that the modern world often presents, so we have created a unique approach to wellness that supports overall health and wellbeing.

We value your commitment to your practise, and we kindly ask that you adhere to our guidelines for a harmonious experience for all. We request 24 hours' notice for any cancellations and late arrivals are asked to warm up before quietly entering the class. Additionally, workshops and courses are non-transferable and non-refundable.
