Blissful Yoga

Blissful Yoga is a well-known yoga studio located in the heart of Lichfield, Staffordshire. Founded in 2014 by Suzanna Rees, Blissful Yoga offers small group and 1-2-1 yoga tuition to help individuals combat the physical and emotional stresses of life.

At Blissful Yoga, they believe in the power of yoga, pranayama, and meditation to bring perfect happiness and great joy. Their goal is to help individuals find inner peace and come home to themselves through their simple yet powerful yoga practise.

For those who are new to yoga or looking to re-establish their practise, Blissful Yoga provides tailored 1-2-1 and small group sessions in their beautiful garden studio located by Beacon Park. These sessions aim to help individuals gain the confidence they need to stretch, relax, and unwind.

Blissful Yoga also offers weekly group classes during school term-time. On Mondays, they hold a public class from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm at Martin Heath Hall, Lichfield, welcoming all individuals. On Wednesdays, there is a public class held from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Cruck House, Stowe Street, Lichfield. Additionally, every Friday from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, they conduct a public class in the Blissful Yoga studio garden during the summer.

Meet the owner, Suzanna Block, and the rest of the talented teachers at Blissful Yoga who are committed to helping individuals find their bliss through yoga practise. Courses and drop-in rates are available, starting from 32 for a 4-week course, 48 for a 6-week course, and a drop-in rate of 10.

They are closed on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
