Whether you are pregnant, have recently had a baby, or are simply looking for a regular yoga class, we offer a wide range of classes to suit your needs.
At Blissfully Calm, we offer various treatments and classes to support fertility, pregnancy, and babies. Our fertility reflexology therapy is designed to reduce anxiety and fear associated with fertility issues, whether you are trying for a natural conception or using assisted methods. Our antenatal reflexology therapy provides deep relaxation and prepares your body and mind for childbirth.
Reflexology for menopause is another service we provide, which helps regulate hormones and glandular functions to ease physical and emotional symptoms. Our pregnancy yoga classes help keep you active and relaxed during pregnancy, improving strength, flexibility, and endurance for childbirth. We also offer yoga and birth preparation classes to help expectant mothers enjoy pregnancy, stay mobile, and learn about their changing bodies.
For new mothers, we offer baby massage classes, which teach gentle massage techniques to soothe and relax your baby. Baby massage is beneficial for issues like constipation, wind, reflux, and sleep problems. Our mum and baby yoga class is perfect from 16 weeks old, promoting relaxation and aiding in your baby's brain development and fine motor skills. It is also a great way to meet other new mothers.
As your baby grows, we offer young toddler yoga classes for babies over 10 months old who are exploring and constantly on the move. This class allows your baby the freedom to explore and enjoy songs, rhymes, and new actions from our baby yoga classes.
