Welcome to Bliss By Robin (BBR), founded in 2015 by Robin, the first-ever teen in the UK to become a yoga teacher. With years of personal experience using yoga to enhance her own wellbeing, Robin is now on a mission to share and empower others to live happier, healthier, and more peaceful lives.
BBR's mission is to empower every young person with effective and engaging tools to support their mental health. Through yoga, BBR teaches young people techniques to de-stress, improve focus, and become comfortable in their physical bodies. The practise relieves muscular tension and strengthens the whole body, especially the core and back. In addition, mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation techniques are taught, enabling young people to take control of their mental health by changing and observing thoughts with compassionate awareness.
Robin's teaching is based on research exploring the needs and desires of young people. The classes are designed to be accessible and inclusive, welcoming everyone regardless of background, gender, or beliefs. BBR aims to make yoga more accessible and to educate people on this ancient practise that is often misunderstood in the media.
Contrary to common misconceptions, yoga is not limited to a specific group of people. When taught well, yoga can be practised by individuals of all fitness levels, sizes, backgrounds, beliefs, religions, and genders. Yoga has various styles to suit different needs and is even being prescribed by doctors in the NHS and utilised by top athletes like England's Rugby and Football teams. It is also increasingly incorporated into school timetables, prisons, and workplaces.

For additional resources, Movement for Modern Life (MFML) offers over 15 different styles of yoga with over 1000 videos from some of the best teachers worldwide. Robin also has videos available on MFML, which can be accessed through an easy-to-use desktop or app format. The platform allows for downloading videos for offline viewing or streaming live sessions.
