Blessed Yoga

Blessed Yoga, headed by Sarah, is a delightful yoga studio just south of Chichester, West Sussex. They offer an array of classes and programmes for all levels, both in-person and online.

Sarah’s studio boasts daily live online and in-studio classes to fit your schedule. You'll also find a private members' library of recorded classes, updated daily, so you can choose your preferred teacher and flow anytime.

In addition to regular classes, Blessed Yoga runs courses, workshops, and retreats, all taught by Sarah’s excellent team. If you’re curious, your first classes are free, whether you join online via Zoom or visit the lovely Cowshed studio in Sidlesham Common.
