Blaby Bowling Club in Leicester has been a vibrant hub for bowlers since 1947. With around 110 members, both men and women, the club is managed by a dedicated Committee, along with separate Ladies’ and Men’s Committees.
Brian, along with his team, ensures the club's calendar is always full of activities and competitions. Members can join National and County Competitions, Leicester Leagues, and local friendly fixtures on Thursdays and Saturdays. Ladies have additional fixtures midweek. Coaching is available for those eager to learn, with bowls and shoes provided.
In winter, Brian organises social events like dinners, lunches, bingo, quizzes, and Friday night Skittles, allowing members to socialise off the greens.
Visitors are welcome anytime to explore the club's facilities and learn about the programme. Blaby Bowling Club invites everyone, from seasoned bowlers to beginners, to join their community.
