Bind Yoga

Welcome to Bind Yoga, a light and welcoming yoga studio located in Harringay, London. At Bind Yoga, community is at the heart of what we do. We believe that yoga is for everybody and everybody, and as such, we offer a variety of styles and excellent teachers to cater to all individuals on their yoga journey.

With classes ranging from dynamic and heart-pounding flow to more restorative and introspective styles, there is sure to be something that inspires you at Bind Yoga. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we have the right class for you.

If you are new to our studio, we invite you to try our introductory offer of 30 for 3 weeks of unlimited classes. This is a great way for you to find the style of yoga that fits you best.

Bind Yoga was founded by Beccy Watkinson, who believes in creating a supportive and nurturing environment for students to explore their yoga practise. With a variety of styles, teachers, and class timings on offer, we are confident that you will find a class that matches your needs.

Please note that we do not have payment facilities at the studio, and all classes must be booked in advance through the Wellness Living booking platform. Our new waitlist policy allows you to be added to a class up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time, and you will be notified via email and text if you have secured a space. However, if this is outside your travel time or if you cannot regularly access your accounts, we advise against using this feature to avoid being charged as a “no-show” and losing your credit.

When attending a class at Bind Yoga, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes early as latecomers will not be admitted. Once the door is locked, please refrain from disturbing the session. Our teachers reserve the right to turn away anyone they feel may be unwell, so please do not be offended. Additionally, our 4-hour cancellation policy is being strictly enforced due to limited capacity, so please do cancel a session if you are unable to attend to allow others to take your place.

Persistent “no-shows” may have their booking privileges removed.

If you are interested in exploring more than just regular classes, Bind Yoga also offers workshops and special events. For example, we have a yoga workshop on Saturday, 25th March from 12-2pm with Lucie, where you can explore the journey into Spring through breath and yoga. We also have a workshop on Sunday, 30th April from 2-4. 30pm for beginners or individuals struggling with foundational poses.
