At Bikram Yoga Sunshine Coast, we specialise in the original hot yoga practise. This style of yoga involves a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, all performed in a heated room. The heat helps to increase your flexibility, prevent injuries, and detoxify your body through sweating. It also adds an extra challenge to your practise, allowing you to push yourself to new heights.
Our experienced and certified instructors are here to guide you through each posture, ensuring proper alignment and safety.
