We specialise in Bikram Yoga, a unique form of hot yoga that combines 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a room heated to approximately 38C. Our studio is the world's first completely off-grid Bikram Yoga studio, powered by solar energy, offering a sustainable and eco-friendly practise space.

Our spacious yoga room can accommodate up to 48 students, providing ample space for a comfortable and focused practise. We offer a range of class times to suit different schedules and levels of experience, making yoga accessible and convenient for all.
