Welcome to Bikram Yoga and Float Rooms The Gabba, located in East Brisbane. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our fitness centre and yoga studio is open to all. We offer a variety of classes and services designed to improve your fitness, wellness, and mental health.

In our yoga classes, you will experience improved flexibility, strength, energy, vitality, and more. We offer Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Inferno Hot Pilates to cater to different needs and preferences. Our Pilates classes focus on increasing muscle strength, toning, control, and coordination.

To further enhance your well-being, we have an in-house masseuse who provides massages to ease away any pain or tension in your body. Our massages are tailored to address your specific concerns and combine Eastern and Western modalities. You can choose from Traditional Aromatherapy, Relaxation, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Balinese Hot Stone, or Music Therapy Massages. Using all natural oils, our massages aim to release toxins, melt down overworked muscles, and improve flexibility, blood circulation and overall rejuvenation.

If you are new to our studios, we invite you to take advantage of our introductory offer. For just $39, you can enjoy 10 days of unlimited yoga and Pilates classes.

We have two convenient locations in Brisbane Nundah and Woolloongabba. Both studios offer a variety of classes and massage services, with classes starting as early as 5:45am. Our yoga rooms and massage rooms are also available for rent, whether you need a space for a short or long term. Please contact us for further details.

Our private massage room at the Nundah studio provides a sanctuary for you to unwind and rejuvenate. Our massages not only relax your body but also restore harmony between mind, body, and soul.
