Start the new year right with 12 classes over 2 months at Beyond Move, the Pilates club in Barnet. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, Pilates is for everyone and anyone is welcome to join. Pilates can help lessen chronic pain, manage stress, and promote a positive outlook. Beyond Move has extraordinary teachers dedicated to helping you become more flexible and improve your sense of well-being. Emily, Sara, Smita, and Hannah are committed to empowering and inspiring through their Pilates practice.
Choose from various Pilates forms: Vinyasa Flow, Pilates Flow, Hatha Pilates, and Restorative Yin Pilates. Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice that aims to challenge and empower. Pilates Flow offers strength, flexibility, concentration, breathwork, and meditation, making it a great starting point for beginners. Hatha Pilates classes are inclusive and focus on breathing, mindful movement, and relaxation. Restorative Yin Pilates is a slowed-down sequence with restorative movements and Yin postures. Led by Hannah, this class allows you to turn off your mind and tune into your body and breath. Gentle movement, visualisation, and guided meditation are essential elements.
