At Be Strongher Fitness, we offer ladies-only small group training classes in Nottingham. Our classes have a maximum of 8 ladies per class, creating a friendly and supportive environment. We believe that no matter what your fitness level is, you can achieve your goals in our classes. Our inspirational trainers will coach and guide you throughout your fitness journey.
One of the unique aspects of our programme is our monthly changing workout routines. These routines can be adapted to meet the individual needs of each client, even in a group class setting. We have carefully curated a mixture of strength, functional, and cardio training to provide a well-rounded and effective fitness experience.

If you are looking for a kickstart to your fitness journey, we offer a 6 Week Kickstarter Programme. This programme is designed to help you transition into a healthy lifestyle and includes 12 classes to be used within 6 weeks. With a maximum of 8 ladies per class, you can receive personalised attention and support. Our nutritional guidance will help you establish healthy eating habits, and our 1-2-1 personal training style coaching will ensure you get the most out of your workouts.
For those looking for a more intensive programme, we offer the Life Changer Programme. This 6 Week programme is focused on transforming your physical appearance. It includes 18 classes to be used within 6 weeks, with the same maximum of 8 ladies per class. Along with nutritional guidance and personalised coaching, you will have the support of our dedicated team of trainers to help you achieve your goals.
We strive to make booking and attending our classes as easy as possible. We offer flexible bookings and an easy-to-use booking app. As a member, you will also have access to our members-only YouTube channel, where you can view the workouts at any time.
