This programme is designed to help you transition into a healthy lifestyle and includes 12 classes to be used within 6 weeks. With a maximum of 8 ladies per class, you can receive personalised attention and support. Our nutritional guidance will help you establish healthy eating habits, and our 1-2-1 personal training style coaching will ensure you get the most out of your workouts.
For those looking for a more intensive programme, we offer the Life Changer Programme. This 6 Week programme is focused on transforming your physical appearance. It includes 18 classes to be used within 6 weeks, with the same maximum of 8 ladies per class. Along with nutritional guidance and personalised coaching, you will have the support of our dedicated team of trainers to help you achieve your goals.
