Berwick Waters parkrun

Berwick Waters parkrun is a free, timed 5 km group event that will take place at 8am every Saturday morning from the 9th of November, 2019. Participants have the choice to run, walk or volunteer. Berwick Waters parkrun welcomes people from all backgrounds and of all fitness levels, abilities and ages, both as volunteers and as participants, irrespective of gender, socio-economic status, ethnicity, disability or mental health status. The 2 lap 5 km course can be run or walked.

There is not time limit, with a volunteer tailwalker always being the last finisher.
