Hey athletes! Check out the Berwick Fitness Centre on the second floor of the Kings Mutual Century Centre. It's packed with great gear for all fitness levels: treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, bikes, free weights, squat racks, bench presses, smith machines, and kettlebells.
Evan and his team offer one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to your needs, plus an array of group classes throughout the year. Keep an eye on their website for the latest class schedule.
An attendant is always on-site to help out and give newcomers a tour. Kids under 12 can join if they're in a youth program, and those between 12 and 15 need an adult with them.
