The founder of Bendi Yoga, Virginie Moon, discovered yoga 15 years ago as a means to relieve her back pain. Soon realising that a physical practise alone was not enough to manage stress and anxiety, she incorporated meditation and mindfulness into her daily routine. Inspired to share her passion with others, Virginie became a qualified Yoga and Meditation instructor in 2018 through Being Yoga and YogaKids Training Academy.

Virginie's qualifications include RYT-200hr Level 1 Teacher Training with Being Yoga, covering Vinyasa Yoga, Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation. She also completed RYT-300hr Level 2 Teacher Training with Being Yoga, specialising in Restorative Yoga, Align & Refine, Creative & Advanced Sequencing, Chakra Vinyasa, Meditation, and Mindfulness. Additionally, she holds RYT-50hr Level 1 & 2 Kids Yoga Teacher Training with YogaKidsTraining Academy.
