Located in Malahide, BE Martial Arts & Fitness is a welcoming and inclusive community focused on helping individuals Belong, Believe, and Become the best version of themselves. The club offers a variety of programmes that include a mixed syllabus of Tae Kwon-Do, kickboxing, and fitness training. By combining elements from these different styles, members can enjoy improved fitness, increased confidence, and learn self-defence techniques, all while having fun and making new friends.

Family Martial Arts classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays at St Sylvesters Parish Hall in Malahide, allowing parents to train alongside their children. Kickboxing Fitness sessions are also available on Thursdays, offering a mix of circuit training, punching, and kicking suitable for all levels of fitness.
For those who prefer outdoor training, BE Martial Arts & Fitness offers pay-what-you-want Outdoor Group Training sessions on Mondays at St Sylvesters Parish Centre Courtyard, where participants can enjoy running, fitness activities, and the beauty of nature in a supportive and motivational atmosphere. Additionally, individuals can opt for 1-2-1 Training sessions, tailored to their specific needs and goals, conducted in the comfort of their own home or preferred location.
Coach Chow, the dedicated and inspiring coach at BE Martial Arts & Fitness, has received numerous accolades and praise from members for his leadership and dedication. The club also has plans to launch a YouTube channel soon to provide further resources and support to its members.
