BeKarma 2024 Retreat

Join Sue, Kathryn, and Tara for the BeKarma 2024 Retreat taking place from Thursday, May 16th to Sunday, May 19th at Tregedna Lodge near Falmouth, Cornwall. This long weekend is all about feeling good and having a relaxing time. Expect a mix of fitness, yoga, and hosting that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Unwind in the picturesque barn conversion and partake in yoga sessions, guided relaxation, and surprise activities. The outdoor spaces will be utilised for some adult PE and circuits, with optional sea swims, beach saunas, and even aerial yoga if the weather permits. Indulge in delicious meals, including special treats prepared by Tara herself.

Accommodation will be provided at the charming Tregedna Lodge hostel, featuring cosy rooms with shared bathrooms and a kitchen for meal preparations. The all-inclusive weekend package comes at a very reasonable price of £415 per person. And just to clarify, this is definitely not a bootcamp – wine will be available, and all activities are optional.
