That's why Lyndsey is here to guide you through every step of the way. Having started her own yoga journey with a different form of yoga, she knows the challenges beginners face and is dedicated to helping you build strength, stamina, and flexibility.
What sets this course apart is the focus on synchronisation of breath and movement. Lyndsey will teach you how to move fluidly through the Ashtanga sequence while maintaining proper breathing techniques. It won't be easy, but it will be easier than jumping straight into a full-on Ashtanga practice. And trust us, it's worth it!

But before you jump into the 8-week course, we invite you to try out our free intro sessions. Here, you'll get a taste of the Ashtanga method and have the chance to familiarise yourself with the practice. It's important to us that you feel comfortable and confident before diving into the beginners' class.
Our beginners' course takes place on Mondays at 6pm in Great Sutton Village Hall and on Wednesdays at 7pm in Little Stanney Village Hall. The Wednesday session offers a slightly easier experience, while the Monday session requires completion of our online intro course before joining.
For those who prefer morning sessions, we have live classes available every weekday and during school holidays. Lyndsey recommends dividing your practice into three 20-minute sessions per week or two 30-minute sessions per week to make steady progress. Our rise and shine sessions are designed to challenge you while helping you develop a consistent practice.
