Founded by Jen, a fitness instructor and personal trainer, BeFit Cornwall offers a variety of classes and training options to cater to the specific needs and goals of women during pregnancy and after childbirth.

Jen's journey into fitness began when she was expecting her first child. Lacking knowledge and guidance on how to safely exercise during pregnancy, she stopped exercising as recommended by her midwife. However, after giving birth, she was eager to get back into shape and started running but quickly realised she lacked the knowledge and experience to train her postpartum body effectively.

Realising that there is a lack of consistent and reliable information on fitness for mums and mums-to-be, Jen became passionate about helping women in similar situations. She obtained qualifications as an ante and postnatal instructor during her second pregnancy and fell in love with helping mums feel good about themselves through fitness.

Over the years, BeFit Cornwall has grown into a supportive community of mums who motivate and inspire each other. The classes provided by BeFit Cornwall are not only effective but also enjoyable, ensuring that every workout is different and engaging. Jen's expertise in postpartum fitness ensures that all exercises are done safely and effectively, allowing mums to feel confident, strong, and enjoy the benefits of exercising without any worries.
