With over 33 years of personal yoga practise and teaching since 2004, Bec has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the field. Her qualifications include a Post Diploma in Pregnancy Yoga & Mindfulness, and she is also a certified meditation teacher with Traditional Yoga. Currently, Bec is undergoing training as a Gentle Years teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, further expanding her skill set in 2022-23.
