At BecOMe Yoga, our main focus is on meditation, breathing, and relaxation. We believe that these elements are crucial in experiencing the full benefits of yoga. Anna, our certified yoga teacher and pregnancy yoga specialist, will guide you in using yoga as a tool to find balance, release toxins from both your physical and mental body, and reduce stress, anger, and tension.
Through dedication, patience, and a bit of discipline, you will have the opportunity to see your inner and outer world through the prism of truth. We encourage you to shine from your roots, heart, and mind, and to not be afraid to be present in the moment. Yoga is a beautiful miracle, just like the life of each of us. At BecOMe Yoga, we offer group yoga classes and sound meditations to cater to different needs and preferences. Our Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for all levels and are held on Tuesday evenings from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM. If you prefer a more personalised approach, we also offer one-to-one yoga sessions.
These sessions provide you with individual attention, allowing you to build a self-practise at your own pace and receive support through any physical or emotional challenges.
In addition to yoga, we are also trained Reiki practitioners. We offer Reiki treatments, either by one practitioner or two, depending on your preference. Reiki is a powerful healing technique that can bring balance and harmony to your energy field, promoting physical and emotional well-being.
We are inspired by our Reiki Master, Torsten A. Lange, and we are enthusiastic about sharing our knowledge and experience of Reiki with you. We believe in the power of Reiki to bring about profound healing on multiple levels, and we would love to introduce you to this amazing practise.
