Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned pro, Beanland Taekwon-Do offers a week of free taster sessions to see if you have what it takes. Meet the instructors, try out the classes, and get stuck into some great training.
Mark your calendar for the regular coloured belt gradings on 13th March, 12th June, 11th September, and 4th December. Black belt gradings are set for 17th and 24th April, 8th May, 16th and 30th October, and 6th November. Just remember to train at least twice a week to be in the running.
Looking to compete? Don’t miss the BUTL Taekwon-Do League World Championships in Manchester from 16th to 18th July, and the ITF Union World Championships in Mexico from 19th to 21st November.
