In addition to our outdoor sessions, we also have a brand-new gym facility in North Caulfield. Our gym is equipped with everything you need for a successful workout, including barbells, weights, and a variety of equipment. We offer specialised sessions such as Barbell Burn, Kids Fit, and Weightlifting, all of which focus on functional strength training.
